exceeded expectations from the food, wildlife experience, water park to most important the crew! Kudos to Mr. Shamim for the flawless arrangements, staying at the lagoon villa was a bliss!
we super enjoyed staying here! friendly and accomodating staff, shamim and abdul! super worth it and we will definitely be back again! love the place, activities, food, villa and staff!
incredible experience. Nice room. very special experience stay in the sunway lagoon. highly recommended.
No dedicated counter for villa / camp out guest, need to queue with the day tour guests (long queue). Some attractions are closed and not well maintained anymore. Poor customer service, need to carry your own bag, limited help from support team especially during check out (as if you are not a guest anymore). Villa is just okay, like a big tent with toilet and aircon. Not worth the money..

Very friendly staff. The tent is clean & comfortable. Comes with 2 days Sunway lagoon tickets, BBQ dinner & breakfasts.
