Restaurace 15 Stamford v hotelu The Capitol Kempinski Singapore

We enjoyed a lovely three-course lunch at 15 Stamford. Julie and Nathan took great care of us throughout the meal. We had the scallops for starters, striploin steak for our mains, and finished with the cheesecake and coconut panna cotta for dessert. The food was excellent—high quality and beautifully prepared—and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. We were treated like VIPs from start to finish. We would be happy to visit again!

Sunday brunch experience at Capitol Kempinski was awesome, the spread was great with lots of seafood (fresh oysters, prawns etc) and gourmet cheese with hot dishes etc. Loved the dessert spread as well which was super pretty

Overall is an enjoyable Sunday brunch buffet. Pleasant surprise that there is live band that day. Very pretty decoration and environment. Not a lot of food variety though

4-course dinner took 2 hours, great if you want a relaxing place to unwind and take a slow dinner. We tried all the food options between the 2 of us, enjoyed all the courses, except the desserts which pale in comparison to the starters.

the meats were good, especially the beef strip loin which we kept going back for! oysters were ok, some were quite fishy… the salmon sashimi was good but skip the swordfish as the ones we had were bad. very large selection of cheese!

Easy to redeem. Just call and reserve. Service is impeccable. Food is acceptable but not mind blowing. Would prefer the normal set lunch options over the christmas menu which is not our preference. Food portion is small since its fine dining.

Almost perfect experience except in between course waiting times are long. Ingredients used are of quality. Used the klook voucher 1 for 1 for lunch set and reserved the table through phone. Would love to return for the christmas menu

Our first experience at the Sunday tropical brunch at 15 Stamford, located in The Capital Kempinski hotel, was exceptional. The ambiance is elegant and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The variety of food offered is impressive, catering to diverse tastes with an extensive selection. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that we highly recommend.

Nice quiet restaurant during lunch period, love the aesthetic and ambience. service was great and my set lunch voucher was scanned before I was shown to the table. Tried the kingfish as the starter and opted for the truffle pasta while my friend got the ibérico pork (3rd pic). The pasta was al dente and the truffle taste was okay, wish it was stronger. The portion size is indeed a bit small, however after the dessert I was moderately full. Thereafter, they served beverage, which I opted for a coffee - not good, typical automatic espresso machine output. Overall, a good place for business though I wish the portion size was larger.
