Booking is fast and convenient. Novotel Platinum Pratunanum branch is clean and cosy. Therapists are friendly and good with their job. Nice tea and comfortable feet wash before massage and yummy mango sticky rice after massage.

We booked a 2-hour Thai massage followed by 45 minutes of foot reflexology. While we were hoping for a deeper, more intense foot massage, it didn’t quite meet that expectation. That said, the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Both therapists were highly skilled and clearly masters of their craft.

這次體驗是我們第一去試泰式按摩的體驗。聽朋友說let's relax在泰國當地是比較出名、可靠的，就來這間位於水門Novotel分店試試。正好在我們住的酒店附近。開始前有好喝的pandan班蘭葉茶飲，完成按摩後有芒果糯米飯甜點，非常推介。按摩姨姨手勢都很好，可以徹底放鬆一下。下次肯定會再來。

地點方便，環境優美，氣氛放鬆，技師力度偏輕，但可接受。按摩前有welcome drink, 按摩後有非常好食的芒果糯米飯！

I did a 120 min massage at this place, it was one of the best massages I have had in my life, Staff new what they were doing, very well trained, I recommend this place if you are looking for a original Thai massage....all the best to them

my usually must go! but was a little disappointed that they let the pax that was late for 40mins the couple room instead of us who were not late and they did not inform us it will be separated.
