We accidentally missed the ship, and the company was kind enough to offer a reschedule. Such a perfect way to end the Fijian trip! The sunset was next level beautiful and the crew gave their hearts to us. Happy to be part of the family! Vinaka vikalevu! Until next time!

It was raining heavily at first and we thought we would need to reschedule but then it stopped and we went ahead! View was phenomenal and staff were amazing! Great service and entertainment part was so fun! Definitely recommend. You also get transfer to and back to your place.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delayed pick-up for my booked activity today. According to the confirmation email I received, the pick-up was scheduled for 4:30 PM at my hotel. However, and no one has arrived or contacted me to update the situation. When I made the booking through Klook this morning, I clearly specified the pick-up location. And I need to reach out via email to confirm the pick up time .This lack of communication has caused confusion and inconvenience, especially as the activity was expected to start around 5:30 PM. I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue.

The sunset was beautiful the night we went on the cruise. Unfortunately the lobster was not available but after an email from the company and going back the Klook, a refund for the difference was quickly supplied. The staff were lovely and the food plentiful, all in all a very nice night out on the water.

I’ve been on this trip a few years back and then bought this for my parents as a gift while we were on holidays. They loved everything about it. From the trip, to the food but especially the staff.

The boat was an hour late! The sun has already set by the time we depart. Don't go for lobster as it do not worth the money. The light in cabin also very dim and blinking - giving nauseous! Other food also not great - you also need to purchase water! Not great experience at all. Not worth the money especially when sunset doesn't exist.

We received an email the pick time at 4:30 PM at the lobby of Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa. We were at the hotel lobby at 4:15 PM and was told by the bellboy the bus showed up at 4:00 PM. We took a taxi & paid FJ$10.00 We also booked the lobster dinner upgrade but we got half lobster shell lobster salad hardly any lobster meat. We felt we got ripped off by Captain Cook Cruises Fiji’s Cruise Line & Klook.com.

Our trip got cancelled at the last minute due to the technical issues, we didn’t get any notification until we got to port Denarau. We got charged admin fee for cancellation. It wasn’t our best experience in Fiji.
