Was not much cheaper than booking from their website for my case probably a buck or two cheaper. No confirmation of pick up time was sent from Klook, so I had to call the Con-X-Ion myself to check and reconfirm my pick up time. Driver was prompt and friendly though.

Booked 3 days before departure and only received feedback last 12 hrs before departure. Need to get in touch to klook for follow up. Klook responded quickly and able to address immediately. This is more pricey compared to skybus. Also, driver was helpful to carry our luggages.
