Ms. Phuong was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the trip. We were on Bus #1, and she did an excellent job organizing everything and explaining the itinerary clearly. The Guide "Catherine" was so helpful and trip was great! However the bus door malfunction that cause us delay going back home. warning Lights and noise bothered us alot. Over all trip was nice despite bothersome. Ozia tour is a good one.
