Půldenní prohlídka kulturní vesnice Sarawak z Kuchingu

Výlet byl obohacující a vzrušující. Zážitek z foukání šipek a ochutnávání různých pochoutek z první ruky. Poznámka: vezměte si hodně drobných mincí v hodnotě 5 RM, abyste si mohli zakoupit různé pochoutky v různých domech. Náš průvodce, pan Yusof, byl velmi informativní! Ach, a také jsme v oblasti zahlédli stříbrné langury. Představení v divadle bylo tak dobré!

We had a wonderful experience at Sarawak Cultural Village. Our tour guide, Jacky, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through each of the traditional Sarawak houses, sharing fascinating insights into their history, architecture, and unique cultural heritage. His engaging explanations made the visit both enjoyable and educational. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional cultural dance, which created a wonderful first impression. The stage performances were vibrant, entertaining, and showcased the rich diversity of Sarawak’s ethnic communities with great talent and energy. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching - it is an experience not to be missed!

Úžasné místo, kde se snoubí kultura, historie a příroda. Procházka tradičními domy a poznávání různých etnických skupin bylo fascinující. Samotné prostředí je ohromující a kulturní představení bylo vrcholem. Vřele doporučujeme.

It was an educational tour that allowed us to understand the culture of indigenous people in Sarawak. Our tour guide and driver, Mr. Mas Daud was caring, friendly and willing to share his knowledge. One could also try the blowpipe (RM2 for 3 tries) if interested. The mostly outdoor walk to the different housing replica was managable even though it was sunny when we visited. Nonetheless, the stage performance in an aircon theatre was a welcome relief. Recommended especially if you are new to East Malaysia!
