Driver is on time. However, we are required to walk a distance to meet the driver. it will be good if the driver can meet us at the terminal pick up and drop off point.

We arranged for transfer from our hotel in Yokohama to Tokyo. The driver arrived 20 mins ahead and he was very friendly and a safe driver. we had a good chat along the way. Transfer was comfortable and car very clean. bags were loaded and unloaded by him. this is a better option for family with children to lug bags and pay courier to go next hotel with a little more costs.

Excellent service. We arrived into Yokohama and through customs much quicker than expected. Called driver and Chen responded to leave earlier to pick us up. Kept in contact with texts and notifications on her way for new pick up time. Excellent transport to our destination. Highly recommend

excellent service throughout. the driver arrived nearly an hour earlier before our departure time, the vehicle condition was excellent, clean, comfortable. the driver been in constant communication prior to our departure time so very reassuring. definately will use their service again.

Wu was our driver and he was timely and had great communcation letting us know he was on the way and what his ETA was going to be. We were being picked up at our cruise terminal and with a sea of people, he found us and quickly sprung into action. He quickly walked us to his car and was wonderful helping us load up ALL our luggage into the van. We had a family of 6 of us and between our carry on and check in luggage, there were quite a few pieces! After getting our luggage squared away, he settled us into the van. He provided a prompt and smooth ride to the airport. Thank you Wu!

Easy to book and instant confirmation. Driver and Agency sent us WhatsApp messages to acknowledge our booking. 24 hours before we received a message from the Driver with details and again the Driver showed up 1 hour before and sent us a message that he was ready and waiting. I would highly recommend Private Transfer for people taking a cruise to/from Yokohama if you are 4 or more as the cost is very reasonable and less stress.

Reliable, on-time and good communication. The driver sent us a WhatsApp with all details the day before and he arrived 30 mins before so he was not late. I would not hesitate to book private transfer again as the driver was punctual, car was clean and we were not stressed at all.

The courteous driver contacted us the day prior and we were able to tell hike the change of pier so he can picked us up at the right place! The driver was on time and waited 10 minutes outside of the pier because the mass amount of people tried to get off the ship at the same time. Tha driver was safe and efficient and delivered us to the front door of our hotel at Shinjuku within an hour despite the heavy traffic in Tokyo. Highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for realizable transfer from Yokohama pier to Tokyo in a reasonable price.

We met our driver in the cruise terminal lobby. They park in the underground garage under the lobby. We had a lot of luggage between 8 people and our driver was a superstar in helping us load up and get to the airport! Highly recommend if you have a big party and you need a ride to the airport!
