Even though I purchased the lower deck but there’s a still a chance to be upgraded to upper deck if there’s an availability. Super nice of them, the after noon tea was standard so I don’t have much to complain about. The window needed to be wiped down though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, also gave us a souvenir to take home.

It was really good and for us it was quite peaceful as we chose the lower deck at a session where there was no one else there, better for my dad as he had motion sickness😅overall great experience with friendly guides :)

ロンドン観光を短時間、効率よく回りつつアフタヌーンティーを飲めるのでお得です。観光地は見える程度なので、しっかり見たい場合は、やっぱり現地を訪れるのがベスト。ただ、足が悪くて長時間、長距離歩けなかったりする方、高齢者、時間がない人には良いツアーだと思います。アフタヌーンティーも美味しかったです。もちかえりボックスをもらえるので頑張って食べなくてもOK。結構お腹いっぱいになります。

if you’re looking to see London’s signature places in one go then this is a great option to do so. food wise is a lil bit on the sweeter side but overall the vibe and service was okay. :)

Service was great! Our attendant was very nice and because there was only one other group on our tour, he was very attentive and we even recieved a free take home tea tumblr. The negatives however dont really justify the price. The food was mediocre and most definitely came from a grocery store, so all desserts, sandwiches, and scones were painfully average and the tea itself was just your standard tea bag tea. The actual tour itself isnt much of a tour as it is a cruise around Londons sights. You will be unable to see a good chunk of the sites due to the shape of the window, even from the second level, and the announcements when passing by are a prerecorded audio that sounds eerily similar to a loudspeaker at an airport. That is to say almost impossible to make out. If you're not signing up for the food or tour but instead just wanting to quickly get in the sights on London while on vacation then I'd say go for it!
