We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Seven. She was professional, and exceptionally well-organized throughout the entire tour. Managing a group of tourists with different walking speeds, interests, and requests is never easy, but Seven handled it very well. She was attentive to everyone's needs, ensured that the group stayed together while maintaining a smooth schedule. Seven spoke English throughout the tour, making communication easy and enjoyable for international visitors. What stood out most was her careful planning and ability to minimize waiting times by arranging bookings in advance for each attraction. The Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain package tour was excellent value for money. Thanks to Seven's efficient coordination, we were able to fully appreciate these spectacular attractions without unnecessary delays. We highly recommend Seven to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Her professionalism, organization, and dedication made our tour memorable and enjoyable.
Prohlídka byla fantastická. Průvodce Jimmy se postaral o splnění všech našich přání. Připravil nám nezapomenutelný den. Skleněná lávka byla děsivá. Výhled na horu Tianmen byl dechberoucí. Mockrát děkujeme, Jimmy! 🙏

Today we visited the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain, and we had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide, Celery. She was professional, friendly, organized, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. What impressed us most was her English—it was very clear and easy to understand, which made the tour much more informative and enjoyable.
I was guided by Michelle who was fantastic. We were in a group of about 7 or 8. You see a lot in this day trip and really pack it in but it's fantastic and I'd recommend it !
Mary our guide was very friendly and professional. We were unfortunate that the weather was not great, but the tour was well planned. We thought that the trip was expensive and could not understand why we did not get a promo discount.

Výlet byl velmi příjemný, i když mě bolely nohy, ale užil jsem si ho, protože atmosféra byla velmi přátelská, vedoucí byl velmi vstřícný a opravdu pomohl udržet plynulý pohyb.
