We had a wonderful experience on the Mount Fuji Full-Day Customizable Private Tour with Klook. The flexibility of the itinerary made it easy to tailor the day to our interests, and everything was smoothly organized from start to finish. Harroon was our driver/guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and making the most of each stop. The views of Mount Fuji were absolutely stunning, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and explore nearby spots at our own pace. Transportation was clean and comfortable, which made the long day enjoyable rather than tiring. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate preferences and adjust plans along the way. We had an amazing day with our guide, Rana! 🏯 At Chureito Pagoda (with its 400 steps), 🌊 we enjoyed a speedboat ride at Lake Kawaguchi, 🗻 then we got a stunning view of Mount Fuji at the 5th Station, ⛩️ and we finished at the peaceful Kitaguchi Honjo Fuji Sengen Shrine. Rana was very knowledgeable and also took helpful photos at each spot. This tour is highly recommended!

We had such amazing day at Mount Fuji. Harron was our driver and spoke English and was an amazing guide through out the town. We got pick up around 6:00 am from our hotel and arrived around 8ish. We were able to beat some of the crowds that come from tour busses later which was such a plus. We requested our own custom itinerary and Harron took us there safely and efficiently. We were able to do everything on our list at our own pace plus more thanks to Harron. Would recommend to anyone planning to visit.

Thank you to Mr. Haroon, our driver, who was incredibly helpful and provided clear explanations about the places we visited. He was very cooperative in accommodating the additional destinations we wanted to explore beyond the planned itinerary. He truly prioritized our comfort and always tried his best to drop us off at the closest possible entrance to each location, even when those points were not designated for passenger drop-off. Even though we visited at a less-than-ideal time due to the fog, which made Mt. Fuji unclear, Mr. Haroon was very attentive. The moment Mt. Fuji became slightly visible, he immediately informed us so we could quickly capture the moment. Truly exceptional service.

Bhalli was the best driver you could ask for - we had an absolutely amazing and perfect day for our Mt Fuji sites. Bhalli contacted me the day before the trip and asked to move the time from 7am to 5am to beat crowds, traffic and due to Fuji visibility. This was KEY. Had we left at 7am, we would’ve been stuck in traffic and crowds, and wouldn’t had gotten to see Fuji as it clouded up in the early afternoon. if your driver suggests this, DO IT! We had unlimited time at the Pagoda observation deck for photos (wait too long in the day and you get long lines and only 5 minutes for photos). This was the best day of our Japan trip so far! We had a wonderful private tour to Kawaguchiko with Mr. Rana as our driver, and the experience was truly exceptional. He went out of his way to accommodate all the places we were interested in visiting, thoughtfully adjusting the itinerary to make sure we didn’t miss anything. What stood out even more was his kindness and support when we had a small accident during the trip. He calmly navigated us to a nearby hospital and stayed with us, helping translate and ensuring everything was taken care of. His genuine care and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We’re incredibly grateful for his patience, flexibility, and warmth throughout the day. Highly recommend touring with him if you’re looking for someone dependable and truly considerate.
