Masáže Shibuya a japonské kosmetické přístroje Relasuma Miyamasuzaka

Yesterday, I tried to go to my massage appointment. Five hours before the appointment, I called the shop four times, but no one answered the phone. Because I could not reach them, I couldn’t go to the massage. When I finally managed to contact them today, they told me that I could not cancel or change the appointment. I was not even asking for a cancellation, only a date change, because I had tried to reach them many times and they did not answer. I also had another massage booked for today, but this time they cancelled it themselves, saying there was no availability. If customers are not allowed to cancel or change, then they should not be allowed to cancel either. Please do not choose this massage salon. Do not book a massage here. It was a terrible experience. They do not try to find any solution at all. They also do not speak English, and I spent around 20 minutes on the phone trying to explain the situation, but they still did not help. Even though I sent them screen recordings
