Istanbul Bursa Teleferik Full-Day Small Group Tour

This package was very disappointing and I do not recommend it. The original agent handed us over to another agent, and the tour was poorly managed. We were only given lunch at 6 PM, which was unacceptable. Even worse, two key locations. Inkaya Historical Tree and Green Mosque. were completely skipped, despite being the main reason I booked. Instead, we were taken to tourist trap shopping stops with nothing worthwhile. For the high price, this experience was absolutely not worth it.

The tour was good value for money, and I really appreciated the hotel pick-up and drop-off service. Especially as we’re tourists from Indonesia… we loved it

The guide was absolutely amazing, but the itinerary left something to be desired — and not because of the destinations themselves. The issue is that most things aren't included in the ticket price, leaving you to cover extras out of pocket throughout the trip. The food was particularly disappointing: small portions, underwhelming quality, and anything beyond the basics costs extra. Honestly, at that point, it would have been better to skip the included lunch altogether and let guests choose their own dining experience
