这是一个无比让人绝望的订单，浪费了我一天的规划。我在APP上预订的时候，酒店在免费接送范围内，但是旅游公司给我发邮件要收取额外的接送费用，我明确拒绝后要求退款，取消行程，对方拒绝。 我向Klook投诉了，但是没有任何下文，我的钱没有回来。 我到泰国旅游很多次，曼谷、华欣、春武里、甲米府、普吉岛，首次遇到这么糟糕的旅游公司，以后大概率不会再去普吉岛旅游。 这家旅游公司实在可恶，他们在Klook APP上发布的行程与实际情况不符，要额外收取费用，在我明确拒绝后还不退款。我不曾享受到任何服务，却损失了三百多人民币，岂有此理！
