I was looking for a customized tour in Xi’an for my family, including my parents who are in their late 60s. We needed an English-speaking guide and a driver who could take us comfortably to all the places we wanted to see. Thanks to Charley and Stella, the planning process was smooth! They helped us arrange the itinerary and even booked our high-speed rail tickets. Our driver, Mr. Li, was always on time and drove us safely to each location. The entire trip exceeded our expectations thanks to our English speaking tour guide, Helen. Her deep knowledge of Xi’an’s history and Chinese culture made every stop meaningful and exciting. Guide Kelvin is an excellent storyteller who brought the history of China to life for us. He made sure all the tickets and arrangements were well organized, and the entire trip went seamlessly. Driver Zhang was very safe and professional, and his car was clean and comfortable throughout the journey. We would highly recommend both of them.

We had a wonderful experience booking our Xi’an trip through the Klook app. Special thanks to Sally, the travel agent from Singapore, who gave us excellent suggestions on where to go and what to do in Xi’an. She then seamlessly linked us up with Stella, the local travel agent in Xi’an, who took great care of all the arrangements. Stella ensured that we were well looked after with our tour guide Mr Wang and driver Mr Sun. Both Mr Wang and Mr Sun were always early, punctual, and ready to receive us each day. Mr Wang is extremely knowledgeable, and we were very lucky to have a guide who majored in Chinese Ancient History. His explanations gave us deep insights into the places we visited, and he also shared great recommendations on where to eat and explore. Mr Sun ensured our safety at all times and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Thank you Sally, Stella, Mr Wang, and Mr Sun for a memorable and well-planned trip. We will definitely come back to Xi’an again!

Grace was a fantastic tour guide. She is a wealth of information and explained everything thoroughly. She was also very flexible, and maintained our agreed itinerary and also added in a couple of needed stops on the way. She also took us to some great places for lunch and dinner that tourists normally wouldn't even know existed.

We had an amazing private tour of the Terracotta Army and Lishan Garden and would highly recommend it! Being a private tour meant we could choose our start time, where to visit and how long we spent at each place, which was perfect for our family of two adults and our 12YO son. Our guide, Angie, was exceptional. Her English was perfect and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She knew the best places for viewing and photos and brought the history to life, explaining the different dynasties, the Terracotta Army and the Silk Road. We learnt so much! Angie also took us to a fantastic local restaurant for lunch, helped us understand the menu. She even recommended a Silk Road show, which helped us understand the history further. Our driver Fang was also excellent. The car was spotless and very comfortable! He kept us supplied with cold water and provided fantastic service throughout. A huge thank you to Angie and Fang for making our day so memorable.

Great experience with tour guide Sophia, who guided us so well on the tour! She explained everything in detail, with interesting details that allowed us to be fully immersed in the history of the Terracotta Army, Yang Guifei and even the Xian Incident! She really made the tour the highlight of our trip to Xian! 5 ⭐, will definitely recommend her as your guide if you ever go to Xian!

Sally is an outstanding private customized travel agent. She helped me to make a customized itinerary in Xi’an and gave me suggestions where to tour around in Shanghai. She was so patient with my endless questions and always responded to me promptly. She also helped me to book a private chartered car and admissions tickets. Everything was well organized.
