Ever is buy mango rice.And where can I buy Thai milk tea and tax refund . She is very smart ,professional helpful for customer. She help me entry faster channel . 出發前取得管家資訊，飛機降落前管家會發送訊息通知碰面點。飛機降落後走過空橋，進入機場建築本體的閘口便可見到舉牌的管家，隨後則是熱情的問候、引領前往快速通關處、在我的隊伍前剛好是一組家庭2大2小、每位需要登錄指紋及照片、等候隊伍確實較一般通道少很多，過了海關管家會在另一端等候您完成入境審查，確認後再指引出口位置。過程中也會詢問是否已完成電子入境申請、是不是需要上廁所、有沒有托運行李…等。個人體驗（飛機位置比較前排、週三早上10:10抵達的時段、沒有托運行李）抵達到過海關花不到20分鐘，整體服務流程順暢、管家親和細心。

We had a wonderful experience using the airport meet and greet service by Sawasdee Pass. We purchased the full service package, which included a butler service and buggy for 4 pax, and it was absolutely worth it. Piyada accompanied us and assisted us throughout the entire process until our private airport transfer car arrived. Her support was professional and attentive, especially for my elderly parents. The service was very user-friendly for seniors, and my parents were extremely happy and comfortable. Both Chalita and Piyada waited for us at the bridge and guided us through the fast-track service. Clearing immigration and customs took only about 10 minutes, which made the arrival experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sawasdee Pass to anyone traveling with elderly family members or who values a seamless and efficient airport experience in Thailand. A truly thoughtful and reliable service.

I had a most positive experience with this service! Prior to the date of departure, staff will get in touch with you to finalise the arrangements. I found on my arrival that despite reaching early, Ms Nicky, and the porter were already at the gate waiting. The porter was most helpful with the luggages. They assisted my in queueing for the VAT refund since the line was long. They also assisted for a very smooth and expeditious check in and immigration/security clearance. Ms Nicky assisted me again at VAT refund airside. Nicky is very enthusiastic and passionate about her job; it was very easy to get along. She is very kind and patient in arranging for my needs, like stops or purchases I wished to make. She assisted me in making decisions for my things I bought, including what would be good. She also arranged a timely call from the lounge so that when I reached the gate, I did not have to wait. Highly recommend! Good job, Nicky!

Moje komorná, paní Pitsinee, je zkušená a veselá osoba. Pomohla mi zajistit hladký příjezd. Vřele doporučuji těm, kteří se chtějí vyhnout dlouhým frontám na imigrační a celní kontrole.

I used the service already before when entering Thailand and now I used it to leave Thailand to go home. Once again I come to this conclusion that even though any person is able to do this on his own (I.e to go through immigration), using this service is nothing less than amazing. The butler we have had this time (Teeranun) was extremely well prepared and knew the hour, gate, tax redemption at the airport very well (better than we did, lol) and the fast Track to immigration is perfect. Ideally you can also go shopping while your butler is waiting with the luggage. This service is amazing and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!

We had a very pleasant experience using the SAWASDEE Pass Meet & Greet service at Suvarnabhumi Airport through Klook. The staff were friendly, professional, and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. One helpful note for travelers arriving on Emirates or Qatar Airways flights: the full Butler & Buggy service may not be necessary, as passengers can conveniently take the airport train to the immigration area. Overall, it was a great service and we appreciated the warm assistance throughout our journey.

This was my first time using this Meet & Greet service for my departure, and I was amazed at how fast and efficient it was. No waiting around! I want to give a shout-out to my butler, Miss Pornpisa, who was super friendly, helpful with my requests, and really polite. I'd totally ask for her service again next time if I can. This will be my go-to whenever I'm in Thailand.
