dont hope the operator will text you for confirmation. that time i really worry bcause im just got confirmation from klook via email, but operator didn't text me, even thought i text on whatsapps no respon at all. i have schedule pick up at 1PM, driver call me on time. next time u have u double confirm with your customer. and be carefull, driver trying a bit scam, he ask for toll. actually the price already inlcude toll and fuel, we just pat for parkir. but he ask for toll, and at end of the trip. he ask extra money to much bcause we extra one hour. actually bcause we waiting him pick up around 30mins so we extra one hour. driver can speak english but not really fluent

once you book, there will be no immediate confirmation from the operator, you will have to manually follow up with the operator via email or other ways. be careful, you will not be shown the exact kilometers used for the total trip or advised by the driver when you used up your total allocated kilometers until the end of the trip then they will inform you that u needed to pay extra to them which i feel like a total scam. imagine just going back and forth from the hotel. the total kilometers used was 110km.

there is no good communication of pick up and two drivers is calling send by the operator, i booked for someone who can speak english but they send me someone who doesn’t under english

I booked this package at Amaritsar I’m at the lobby wait for 40mins reception don’t know if we book the car finally we book with hotel reception go to wagah boarder 3,800rupee Klook contract us this booking non refundable as the driver wait already but no call from anyone no sign from the driver we gave the phone number which can call in India no one contract us

Worst experience ever. Total waste of money. I am totally unsatisfied with the trip and behavior of the driver. I booked this cab for 10:00am and Noone contacted me for confirmation of booking (not by klook member or tour operator or the cab driver). On klook chat at 8:50am ,it was informed to me that the tour operator will contact me before 10:00am. But noone contacted me till 10:15am. In between I was frequently calling the number of tour operator shared by klook but it was not reachable till 10:15am. Finally he picked up at 10:15am and said he will arrange a cab now and will reach soon. He shared a taxi driver number when I again called him at 10:25am. The taxi driver said he will reach in 5 minutes at pickup point but he came at 11:40am. We were completely exhausted by sun and dried. Very bad service.  I mentioned all the spots where i want to go. He took us to one spot then went to a route where traffic was very huge. I frequently called tour operator during the whole day to shift the cab booking to tomorrow and he told me to wait. But he didnt responded after that. At around 3pm i again contacted to klook chat for refund as i was still stuck in traffic and they informed me to wait for 24 to 48 hours approval. So i deboard the cab at around 4pm so that refund is possible.  My whole day is completely wasted by this booking, the tour operator and especially by the driver. Also his behaviour was very bad. He was not at all interested to take us to all the places. He got ticket from police officer by driving bad and on the phone call while driving which i paid (500 rupees).  Very bad and frustrating service  I request you to refund me the whole amount and give me compensation of the day (which includes hotel rent of 2000) and my 500 rupees if klook is really believe in good customer service.  Hoping for a good and my meaningful reply from klook  the photos of traffic I have already shared during chat at 3 pm.
