I had a wonderful one-day trip to Batam after not visiting for almost a decade, and it was truly worth it! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Our tour guide was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had a great experience throughout the day. The seafood lunch was absolutely delicious—the seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. We also enjoyed exciting adventure activities, and the relaxing massage at the end of the day was the perfect way to unwind. Overall, it was a memorable trip filled with fun, great food, and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a short getaway to Batam. I can't wait to visit again!

Byla to skutečně jedna z nejpamátnějších narozeninových cest, jaké jsem kdy zažil! Úžasná kultura, vynikající jídlo a nádherné ubytování, vše předčilo má očekávání. Naše průvodkyně, Riza, byla naprosto vynikající. Má neuvěřitelné znalosti o historii Batamu a sdílela je s takovou vášní a podrobnostmi. Byla laskavá, pozorná a velmi nápomocná po celou dobu cesty. Nejvíce nás ohromilo, jak vždy dbala na to, aby byly splněny naše preference ohledně jídla. Jelikož milujeme mořské plody – zejména kraby – ukázala nám ty nejlepší restaurace, které zná, a každé jídlo bylo fantastické. Opravdu jsme si užili každou část zážitku: jídlo, kulturu, kávu, zákusky a dokonce i nákupy suvenýrů. Riza mi udělala narozeniny ještě výjimečnějšími krásným dortovým překvapením, čehož si hluboce vážím. Její vřelost a ohleduplnost udělaly celou oslavu dokonalou. Tuto cestu rozhodně doporučím svým přátelům a rodině. Doufám, že Batam brzy znovu navštívím. Rizo, jsi nejlepší!

I recently visited Batam, Indonesia, and it was a refreshing getaway from Singapore. The ferry ride was quick and convenient, making it a great destination for a short trip. During my visit, I enjoyed local seafood, watched a traditional cultural performance, and explored several scenic spots around the island. The people were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was much more relaxed than the fast-paced lifestyle in Singapore. What impressed me the most was seeing a different side of Indonesia. While Batam is still developing in many areas, it has its own charm, especially if you're looking to slow down and experience the local culture. The prices were also very reasonable, making it an affordable weekend trip. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider visiting Batam again. It's a perfect destination if you want a short escape with good food, cultural experiences, and a slower pace of life.

On the occasion of our first visit to Batam, Indonesia, we had the pleasure of being accompanied by Mr. Gunawan, who served as our designated driver and local guide. Throughout the duration of our stay, Mr. Gunawan exhibited the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy. He possessed extensive knowledge of the island’s geography, culture, and points of interest, and he efficiently facilitated our access to the most notable landmarks, attractions, and cultural experiences that Batam has to offer. Each site we visited was presented with contextual background and insightful commentary, thereby greatly enriching our understanding and appreciation of the locale. The culinary experiences, in particular, were remarkable; the variety and quality of local cuisine exceeded expectations and added significantly to the overall enjoyment of our trip. In light of the exemplary service we received and the positive experiences encountered, I am inclined to express a strong interest in returning to Batam at a future date, with the anticipation of further exploring its offerings.

Mr Augus our tour guide was wonderful! We were picked up promptly at the sekupang terminal and we started our tour by going to guanyim statue, the activities such as flying carpet and then lunch at Barelang Kelong. Then we went for spa and foot reflexology Reborn at Nagoya, then trick eye museum, birds nest shop, and we had Nasi Padang before we return to Batam ferry terminal. Thank you for the great day!

Velmi zábavná a poučná prohlídka ❤️ Náš průvodce pan Agus nám poskytl zajímavá fakta a sdílel příběhy o místech, která jsme navštívili, a zajistil, že náš čas v Batanu byl dobře využitý a nezapomenutelný. Užili jsme si aktivity, které jsme dělali celý den. Celkově byl náš výlet úžasný a velmi dobře zorganizovaný 👏🏻 Rozhodně bych doporučil, pokud chcete prozkoumat Batam bez stresu 🫡 (také pan Agus překvapil mou maminku dortem, protože 13. ledna měla narozeniny! We booked this day trip one day prior, and the travel agency and tour guide were very prompt in helping us to make the arrangements and to ensure that we have a smooth trip. Our tourguide, Mr Gunawan, was very thoughtful and caring. He took very good care of us, and showed professionalism and hospitality. He also made the trip very interesting by sharing many stories and information about Batam and the places that we visited. He also helped us with arrangements such as booking our massage. The main highlight for us was the ex-Vietnamese refugee camp at Galang - it was very interesting to learn about the history of the place, though only some parts of the camp are still around today. Overall, we had an enjoyable day trip in Batam, and will book this tour operator again.

Mr Jon is very accommodating and knowlegable about the tourist attractions. He is also good in conversing Indonesia culture, we learned a lot from him. We had a lot of fun with the tour, and we highly suggest this tour package for a day in Batam. The lunch also was very good, far from what we expected. Hope we can come back to Batam, such a very nice place and it cost very cheap.

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to Batam. This is a legit premium city tour, and we were very comfortable. Our tour guide was great, knowledgeable, and friendly, great in providing details. We had not purchased any add-ons, but our tour guide allowed us to go to two different malls and arranged our tickets to be able to go back to SG earlier. The seafood served was delicious, and the people in Batam were friendly as well. I will recommend Batam Private Tours to my friends!
