i had my 2D1N Mount bromo and ijen tour with Ritzy, super amazing tour guide. He is amazingly fluent in english and has the kindest heart, takes care of us throughout the tour and ensured that we are okay the whole time. He even has amazing photo taking skills and took so many amazing pictures for us. He briefed us so well for our trip and made sure we knew what was happening and what we need to prepare as well. Truly and sincerely recommend him and this tour group to others who other interested ! 🥳🥳

行程超級chur 但係係去晒爪圭最出名嘅景點 非常之值得 但係行程上真係非常之攰 每日都凌晨一兩點出發 私人司機Dosi非常好 全方面照顧 就算旅程中因bali belly去睇醫生 佢都幫手搵醫院同翻譯 非常感謝佢 另外旅遊公司喺出發前亦都會開WhatsApp group 詳細嘅司機同路程都提供 非常好 係住宿方面因為山區問題所以設備有啲欠缺 例如第一晚嘅酒店係冇熱水沖涼 然後第二晚酒店就冇冷氣 不過都不大問題 整體黎講非常好！推薦！！

Scenérie: Právě jsem dokončil sólový výlet na Bromo a Ijen. Bylo úžasné vidět obě sopky tak zblízka. Pro každého, kdo se obává výšlapu na Ijen, to opravdu není tak obtížné, pokud pravidelně cvičíte. Scenérie byla prostě majestátní, ale tým byl to, co to udělalo tak skvělým. Průvodce: Velké díky Edimu, Fauzimu, Sulisovi a dalším členům týmu za uspořádání tak jedinečného zážitku. Určitě je znovu vyhledám, až budu příště v Indonésii.

I must say that Bara (Guide) and Uncle G (Driver) exceeded our expectations. Their wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanor made our trip truly unforgettable. Bara's proficiency in English was particularly impressive, making him an ideal guide for international travelers.

We really enjoyed our Bromo trip and our tour guide, Riza, made it even better! He provided everything we needed — thermal blanket, heat pack, waterproof phone case — you name it! Super attentive, friendly, and fun, always checking if we were comfortable and helping us get the best photos and viewpoints. The restaurant that we’re taken also serve the best food. we had an amazing trip from start the finish. The itinerary is intense, however it is definitely worth it. The best part was our driver and guide Pras, he made the trip so special. he took us to all the best places and spots and made us feel so comfortable. Rendi was our guide For the Ijen crater, he was great also! thank you so much to Pras and Rendi for making the trip so great. would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing 4 day adventure, and were well taken care of from the moment we were picked up! Our driver/guide Fredi was super friendly, and helped us tremendously when our itinerary was badly affected by a landslide obstructing our way to Tumpak Sewu waterfall. He not only worked tirelessly to monitor the situation, but also suggested and facilitated rerouting us to Madakaripuka waterfalls nearby so we wouldn't just waste the day away. Also showed us a great "secret" spot for bromo sunrise too! Our guide Taufik for Ijen was also great, really knowledgeable and paced us well to catch both the blue flames and sunrise. Chill dude to talk to too, had some great conversations along the way. Totally unforgettable experience, already missing Java even though it was lowkey tiring waking up at the asscrack of dawn every day :")

Thanks to Java Volcano Tour, our trip to Ijen Crater, Papuma Beach, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Mount Bromo was amazing! A big part of it was thanks to our driver and guide, Pras. He took really good care of us the whole way, always friendly, funny, and speaking great English. What impressed us the most was his immediate help when I lost my backpack—he acted quickly and efficiently, ensuring that it was safely found and returned. On top of that, he’s also a talented photographer, capturing beautiful moments throughout our adventure so we could fully enjoy the experience without worrying about missing memories. With his help, we could just relax and enjoy the beautiful views—the blue lake at Ijen Crater, the sunset at Papuma Beach, the powerful Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, and the magical sunrise at Mount Bromo. It was truly unforgettable.
