What We Love About Singapore

Despite being a tiny island and a former fishing village, the modern city of Singapore is filled with so much to explore! Visit the iconic symbol of Singapore at Merlion Park and enjoy views of the waterfront before heading off to Gardens by the Bay where you can witness various flora in bloom. For the best views of the Singapore cityscape, head to the Marina Bay Sands. If you're looking for adventure, spend a day at Sentosa Island and indulge in various outdoor activities or head to Universal Studios Singapore for some heart-pumping fun. You can even visit animals at the Singapore Zoo or the Night Safari, the world's first nocturnal zoo.

The tour guide has a very deep understanding of this place. I kept explaining the history of this place, the origin of the place name, and the characteristics of the building along the way. It really opened my eyes. As a Singaporean, I never knew that this place has so many different cultures and so many specialties. During the three-hour journey, while listening and watching, I forget fatigue. This itinerary is well planned, great!

An excellent Saturday morning outing to a real hidden gem, a stunning historical graveyard with an amazingly rich heritage. Besides learning abt the complexities of burial rituals among the Hokkien and Teochew, there are wonderful stories of individual pioneers who lived in Singapore during early years. A rich telling storytelling walking tour.

Really enjoyed the experience, and highly recommend it for adults and children alike! Our guide, Edwin, is very passionate about animals and knowledgeable about them and about how the open zoo concept works in the Singapore zoo. He has many interesting stories to share, and it made our zoo experience one of a kind! Blessed with great weather, we saw animals in their natural element and the morning walk around the zoo also gave us good time to explore the zoo on our own after the tour.

Our experience in St. Regis Singapore is superb though we’ve experienced few hiccups here and there. We are just a bit disappointed about the waiting time on when our room will be available. Early check in and late check out is part of the package (although we are well aware that rooms are still subject for availability), they could have just advise us to go around orchard cause your room will only be ready at x time. Anyways, everything went well after that and we had time to explore the botanical garden with ease!

Booked for a staycation for 26th to 27th March. The room was clean and spacious. It had a great view of the Marina Bay Area (you can see the Singapore Flyer, MBS and Gardens by the Bay, as well as Marina Barrage). It was fuss free check-in and express check-out. We had the late check-out package at 6pm. The swimming pool was great and my kids and I had fun. The food at Melt Cafe was fantastic (i had previously went there to eat like a few years ago) and it was accommodating and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing stay.

Who said there is no customer service in Singapore? That is exactly what we had for our sunset cruise with Roger (our zesty guide), Vincent (our hospitable captain) and crew! Roger knew every spot for that perfect photo op and made sure there was never a boring moment throughout the entire cruise. After the cruise, Roger made us a beautiful video montage of the best photos he has taken with our favourite song. Vincent on the other hand, showed us the ropes of sailing, navigation and putting up the sails. Thank you Roger, Vincent and crew for going the extra mile to make this an awesome and unforgettable experience for us!!!
