Before the trip: The email notification will be sent the day before. What time do you need to pick up at the hotel, usually within half an hour before the assembly time, you will go to the Batu Caves after the pick-up and drop-off. There will be a large IVY on the car, which is pretty good. Itinerary 1: Batu Caves, only staying for about an hour. Those who like to take pictures will be a bit rushed. Girls can borrow MYR 5 on the spot without crossing their knees. Itinerary 2: Royal tincture hall, only staying for about 30 minutes, you can see the tincture making process, there will be guided English explanation, and finally you can buy tincture products. Itinerary 3: Shopping itinerary, shopping at a gift shop. Guide: This time is Chinese. The emphasis in English is very basic and I do n’t understand it, but the Chinese is very fluent. It ’s no problem to ask after he introduces. If you want to know the history, you can ask the question a little ahead. tip! End of the drop-off location: you can discuss with the director where you want to get off, very flexible! Disadvantages: After booking the itinerary, because you want to change the address of the pick-up hotel, you must use klook email customer service. You cannot modify it directly on the website or app. For the first time, klook customer service said that he could change the new address directly. After two days, he asked to contact the local manufacturer directly. He did not return the letter to the local manufacturer. He had to call the same day in Kuala Lumpur, but he did not answer the call. The left Line did not read it, too exaggerated! Finally, I called the tour guide mr chen, and the tour guide also helped us arrange our luggage in the car without having to go to the hotel to handle the baggage. So really have to be completely sure which hotel is coming again to book klook! Otherwise very troublesome!

Great expirience, truly! Mr. Ahmad, our tour guide/driver was very friendly, talkative (in a good way) and informed on his job. He tells great jokes and funny stories as we travelled with him on tour. He gives insight on things that he knows about, trivias and such. As well as, being jolly and over all a great guy to hang out with. He was also out guide for our Batu Caves half day tour (on the same day). Basically, he was with us for the whole day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, it rained later in the afternoon, so didn't get to enjoy much the other outdoor-y places in our itinerary. But boy, did we went to sooo many places that this trip was really worth it. Specially, for those who are touring Kuala Lumpur for the first time.
