We love Klook! What a great service for tourists like us! Just a few clicks that could save us 20%! Even the monthly tkts aren’t as cheap! Plus the website is super easy to maneuver, once the booking us confirmed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. We had a few incidents with our credit card not going through, but be patient, try a few times, it will eventually come through!

Great way to travel around Taiwan. Very easy to book seats at the counter by presenting your voucher and passport. Always get great seats. Once i was running late for the HSR, i only needed to present my travel pass (and passport), and went through the gate onto the HSR free seating carriage within 30 seconds. Though the HSR was jam packed and no seats, but at least i made it, without the pass, i would have to line up to get a ticket and would definitely have to catch the next HSR

Travelling has never been more easier and cost saving. It took me just few seconds to book the ticket via klook and just retrieve the ticket by showing the voucher at the counter. I can buy my ticket days ahead instead of having to buy only on the day of travelling if I want to go for a free seating. Thanks to klook for making my travelling more happier knowing that I save money while travelling!

Went in Nov 2019. Easy to find ticket redemption counter. Booked the slots for my HSR trip to Taichung on the spot. Was able to get the planned slots. If you are in Taipei for the first time, it is advised to explore the Taipei Main Station and get yourself oriented and located the HSR boarding gates. There are quite a number of train lines apart from HSR located within Taipei Main Station.
