Very well run, clean, tidy, etc loved my room, convenient, with dining nook, kitchen, cutlery and table ware, microwave and minifridge. Parking was ample and convenient. Only drawback for light sleepers, the location right off the main road could affect some.

The unit was clean and tidy and had good heating. The bathroom was small but functional, although a large person would have trouble accessing the shower as the door opening is small - good hot water. The kitchen had exactly 2 of everything (2 knives, 2 forks, 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 cups etc) which meant we had to constantly wash and dry dishes for the next meal. Toaster and electric jug were new. We had trouble with the TV (which was too large for the room), and could only get it to work if we streamed through our own TV apps. It was quiet and peaceful. Wonderful sunset and view over farmland. At night a great view of the stars.

The motel is a long way out on Beach Road so if you're not prepared to walk into town every day you will need a vehicle. There are restaurants not far away, and it's a short walk to the New World supermarket. I found the room to be very clean, the staff to be very accommodating and the kitchenette well appointed.
