Room was clean, but we couldn’t sleep at all because it was very stuffy and hot. We had to keep window open and left fan on constantly because of no air conditioning, but it didn’t help much. The spiral stairs going up to our room was exhausting and dangerously narrow, no lifts available. The Internet reception was excellent. Location of hotel was very convenient. Very expensive for what it is.

Hotel was well maintained .Staff were very helpful.Only drawback was that bedrooms were only accessible by climbing flights of stairs that were narrow and very difficult to use for people with health issues.

Rommet helt ok, deilig med kjøleskap. Lite plass til toalettartikler på badet. Savnet en bar på hotellet. Ligger i fin avstand til undergrunn.

We arrived to find that there was no AC. We were placed in a first floor room, no screens on the windows and all windows were wide open, bugs in rooms. Did not feel safe staying in a first floor room with open windows. Sheets had holes in them and we were placed in a room with three beds and only provided one towel. We did not stay the night, The young lady at the desk was very but we did not feel safe or clean and could not stay there.

Check in and out was great, however the amenities said that there was AC and it was just a fan that didn’t work very well. Other than that it is clean, in a central area, and the staff is kind
