The bed and pillows were AWFUL! My back and neck are going to hurt for days. While otherwise the hotel was ok, the bedding was so painful that I cannot understand why anyone would stay here. I have stayed in 3 Japanese style hotels, and the others have adequate bedding. This US the only one that does not have a real mattress but rather a cotton “futon” style mat.

The hotel is very clean and our breakfast was lovely. They have both Japanese and European options, a very nice onsen on the roof top. Everyone working there is very kind and helpful, they go above and beyond for a guest. Strongly recommend.

I wouldn't call it a hotel. It's more of a low-quality hostel. Small and very uncomfortable rooms, a shower like on an airplane, very small, old and not maintained. The rooms face the train, which is very noisy. The breakfast is really horrible. Everything is industrial and prepared in advance. Not recommended. There are many hotels in the area. Parking is very expensive. When there are lots of parking spaces in the nearby area for half the price
