Room was clean We booked a 4 person room via Hotels.com but had to ask for extra bedding. Free parking was a plus friendly staff.

Location is great, staff is great (shout out to Malickie for assisting my sister with a room issue and to Riyadh for assisting us with a seamless checkout and airport transfer!!) My only criticism is the shower drain was extremely clogged, causing a flood in the first couple minutes. We didn’t address it to the staff since it was a short stay for us so we just dealt with it but other than this, a lot of pluses and I would recommend!

This hotel is fantastic. From the wonderful staff, the great room and the delicious food it is hard to decide which is better. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to stay in Jeddah.
