For a budget hotel, it wasn’t bad. The infestation of the ants, was very bad. And the most important thing, the mattress was so hard that neither one of us hardly slept. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed help. On a scale of 1-10, we give them a 5.

Below basic. Not even a toilet roll holder. Thank god they put the toilet roll out for the ants to climb over.

website lies about distance from city center. Much farther than 1.4 km
Hotel does not answer phone or emails. I declined to check in and have requested refund from hotels.com

hotel could not find our reservation said they did not use hotels.com. finally got is straightened out and went to room. Room was very nice but at night when we went to get in bed found bed covered in bird droppings!! call front desk and they came right away and changed the bed linen. the house keeping does leave a little to be desired. will stay different hotel next time
