Staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with, they made you feel very welcomed, hotel room was clean and comfortable, very convenient location to public transport and all facilities that we required. Will certainly return in the future and highly recommended it, overall a really lovely place to stay

Good location as it is located within a bustling Bankstown City Center. The city, several restaurants and shops are within a block of the hotel. Clean room equipped with a thermostat for controlling the temperature to one’s taste
