Excelled Hotel, great staff

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily give it a well-deserved 5 star rating. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a fantastic impression, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and consistently polite. Every interaction felt genuine, and they went out their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress free. The room itself was spotless. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a top priority here, the linens were fresh, the bathroom was immaculate, and everything was well organized and maintained. It made relaxing after a long day so much easier. One of the biggest highlight of this hotel is its convenience. Getting from point A to point B was effortless, whether I was heading out for sightseeing, dining, or transportation. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything you might need. I also noticed there were several areas and facilities within the building that I didn’t get the chance to explore during my stay. They looked inviting and well designed, and I would definitely love to experience more of the atmosphere and amenities the next time I visit Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Between the exceptional staff, the pristine rooms, and the convenient location, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness of the room was suboptimal. Found wrapper from a previous stay. Shower head leaking everywhere. Lots of dust. Not sure it was worth the price of to stay.

Very quiet, spacious, and clean room and spaces. Attentive staff. Inspiring views especially by the infinity pool just sitting in a lounge chair early in the morning. The enormous gym has a sparring cage. Spa appointment was a very peaceful and nurturing experience. Look forward to more stays here in the future.

Breakfast had a excellent selection of Taiwanese and Western foods... we especially loved the lurou fan! There was something new to choose everyday and we appreciated the buffet being open 7a-2p.

Very clean, amenities were good, the lobby was impressive. The pool looked very nice but unfortunately the water is cold, not heated to meet the need in a cold day.

Tai Urban Resort is a beautiful hotel. I had a great room (Japanese tea room) that had a raised tatami area with excellent tea and a nice tea set. We made use of the tea set our first morning and loved the setting, with a view of the city while we sipped our tasty tea. As wonderful as the hotel is, there is one negative that is a dealbreaker for me, so I will not be back. Tai has the most inefficient elevators I have ever experienced. During busy times, prepare to stand in a long line to get out of the hotel. At checkout, we waited over ten minutes for an elevator. I can’t believe that management hasn’t recommended an upgrade of the elevator management system to improve this major shortcoming of the hotel. 5 stars for our beautiful room and 1 star for elevator logistics.

Absolutely amazing rooms, so so big and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.
