Genial Liked the provided toiletries, complimentary water bottles, comp umbrella on a very rainy day and the overall cleanliness of the room.

I had an exceptional stay at the Grayson Hotel!
These aren’t listed online, though you could request the following:
a mini fridge,
kettle for hot water,
airport shuttle service etc.
The team greeted and welcomed with genuine kindness and they were always there with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. It’s great for solo travelers, a great location, clean rooms, nice gym, and an extraordinary team. I just want to indicate these amazing staff members: Ian, Jasmine, Joshua, Michael, Shirley, Zack, & Nicholas.
Exceptional service is becoming increasingly rare, which is why this experience stood out so much. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They truly set the standard for what outstanding hospitality should look like. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Fantàstic The room on the 16th floor was very very small. We had to turn to the side to walk around the bed.
