Fantàstic The hotel is an oasis in a busy neighborhood. The lobby was inviting and the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a variety of choices that were tasty and appealing to the eye. The staff was helpful. We would stay here again.

Genial Clean, very large hotel room, especially for Japan standards. Has entrance, bathroom, living area, drink/fridge area and sleeping area. Be careful at the entrance as the step when entering is very easy to trip over. Breakfast has both Japanese and western style foods. Western style foods was very small and limited. Reserving a table for breakfast was unorganized due to crowding at breakfast. Location: Less than 10 min from the main subway station and in the middle of the busy area of town. Would return!

Great location very close to the JR train station, comfy bed and good shower. Staff were helpful with arranging luggage forwarding services to the next hotel. Includes complimentary amenities like tea and bath salts.

Nara is an amazing place to stay for those who want access to a variety of activites without the busy nature of Kyoto, Osaka or Tokyo. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to transport, shops and the famous Nara park. The room istelf is clean and enough amenities are provided to last a few days for those who do not wish to be disturbed. The staff are helpful, informative and patient. Storage available under the bed was greatly appreciated.
