Had stayed here about 5yrs ago when it was a Barceló brand and it is nice to see that the hotel did not lose any quality on service and/or staff. We enjoyed our 3 day stay in July 2026 very much and will certainly stay here next time we come back to Brno. Food was great and the staff was excellent!!

The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to relax. However, the true highlight was the spa area, which completely exceeded my expectations. Beautifully designed and tucked away in the hotel’s basement, it felt like a hidden sanctuary. Using the saunas was an absolute pleasure. A true gem in Brno that I would happily recommend.

Overall, it's a great hotel perfect location, walking distance from everywhere. The rooms were very clean but the room had very strong cleaning soap smell. Regarding the staff well some of them were nice and helpful and some were just the opposite, trying to help as little as they can. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to enjoy Brno amazing atmosphere.
