Great location, room was impeccably cleaned every day, Lorena at front desk was always on top of our requests and was available for questions and help each day we stayed. Would 10000% stay here again and again.

This was the perfect stay in Palma! A beautiful quiet street close to everything with incredible staff and very modern and comfortable rooms. I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk. Amazing advice and impeccable service.

Absolutely a hidden Gem! The amenities and staff along with the decor is fabulous. Just minutes walk in all directions to shops, cathedral, and restaurants. The restaurant located inside the hotel is very good as well so you can just stay in and relax.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming - nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was perfect: right in the heart of Palma, with everything close by, yet tucked away from the main streets, making it a real haven of tranquillity. The small rooftop plunge pool was a lovely retreat and ideal for spending a hot afternoon. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped - the inclusion of GHD straighteners was a real treat and a first for me! Overall, a perfect hotel in the heart of Palma with exceptional staff. Highly recommended.
