Conveniently located nearish the train station. The shuttle to Disney was nice but the only return time after park close being 9:25 is terrible.

The room was cleaned daily per our request, the hotel breakfast was exceptional, and having a shuttle right outside was very convenient. Overall, it’s an excellent option for your next vacation.

If you are going to Disney parks this is a perfect hotel because of the free shuttle service. Breakfast was great! I wish they had shuttles to and from airport or major cities but that is just something small that can be overlooked. Overall, great place to stay for families.

Loved how clean our room was, great amenities at the front desk at night. Face lotion, cleanser, toothbrush, comb, and pjs Breakfast was a large spread, ours was included in our stay but would say it is worth the price

This hotel has comfortable beds and pillow. The convenience of the bus for going to Disneyland, Disneysea or Shin-urayasu station. Check-in was slow. I had no wifi in the room assigned so i had to move rooms. No assistance was provided to move rooms, eventhough i had unpacked, filled the fridge and washed clothes. They need to work on Customer service. Also there was supposed to be a bus at 7.15pm on Friday 10th as Disneysea closed at 6pm. The bus did not come and should have been pickup at 6.30pm.
