The front desk clerk that helped us was excellent. We arrived at around 1:30pm on 6/22 and she was very helpful. Helped put all our luggage in a holding room until check in time. Even my adult kids baggage’s who were not registered I. The hotel but visiting us for a couple of hours until they left for the airport. She was really nice. I would have liked that breakfast be included in the room rate but it wasn’t. And I did not want to pay 15 euros extra each for eggs and pastries and coffee. Did not see it as value.

The location is great for travelers that want a quick convenient trip to the airport. The ATVO Bus istation s a block away. 12Eu and a 15-20 minute ride to the airport. The train station is right across the street from the hotel, if you want to go into Venice for the day the train is a 10 minute ride and very inexpensive. The rooms were spacious, clean and quite. The beds, and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff on the front desk. It is ideally situated for the train station to Venice and also the bus terminus from the airport which are both only a very short walk away.
