The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. Cannot fault the hotel at all and will be staying here every time I visit Malaysia.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and polite. I paid for breakfast and so got to use the dining area. The staff were very friendly, polite, constantly made sure that the area was cleaned plus the food was topped up and presentable.
