The staff was so helpful with everything we asked. They gave us recommendations, had a fabulous breakfast both days, and helped us navigate transportation. It helped to relieve us of added stress in a city we were unfamiliar in.

Allotjat amb amics

Bathroom was spacy, super clean with a beautiful window that opens to outside. Room very nice and comfortable. The staff at the desk made my stay enjoyable, they were extremely gracious and helpful with ordering cabs every day and answered all the questions we had. I give them a 10.

The location was amazing, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, shops, and great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Staff was helpful, good shower, air conditioning worked during the heat wave. The room was small but based on our evaluation it was comparable in size to other hotels at the price, and it nicely decorated.

Amazing location. Right next to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and some great shops and cafes. Down side was the hotel itself - rooms are quite small and staff were not really helpful (except for the night security). The lift in the hotel is also very outdated and didnt feel safe at all. Its ok for a few days but for families If staying here I would recommending upgrading to the prestige or suite room for more space.

The location is very good Some staff were rude specially the evening reception guy…. Saturday staff were amazing The hotel is very old and super noisy The elevator was a big problem, small, outdated…takes you to the moon and back before you get into your room. We switched the room and forgot the charger…unfortunately never found again despite our complaints!!!!! I asked for an extra key card and the evening receptionist made it a big deal!! The stay overall was not nice, I won’t come back.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and clean, with a really comfy bed and an amazing shower with Rituals toiletries. The staff were really nice. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't have breakfast, but we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. It's a great base to explore Paris.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The location was fantastic! Very clean. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Towels were nice plush white towels. Elevator at first was small and a bit apprehensive using it at first however by today two we both thought it added charm to the hotel and felt safe and comfortable using it.
