We absolutely LOVED this hotel. The location was perfect. Central and a short walk from many fabulous restaurants and cafes. Staff so lovely and helpful. Well designed rooms were immaculately clean and beds very comfortable. I also enjoyed the natural springs. We’re going to stay at the same chain in Seoul,

Staff, cleanliness and food are all excellent but seeing as I booked my stay based on this hotel having an onsen bath, imagine my disappointment when I found out that people with tattoos are not allowed to use it. Considering the fact that so many local sento permit tattooed people bathing, I sincerely hope Dormy Inn will change this outdated policy as soon as possible.

Fantàstic The rooms are small but very efficiently designed, neat and spotless. There’s a cute roof deck where I enjoyed the view and some quiet time. I really liked the public bath, there’s also a sauna and cold plunge. It was very clean. The hotel is small, which I really liked.
The location is great- just off the main shopping area of Ginza, with its own cute vibe and Easy access to multiple train stations to get around Tokyo. Try the Katsu restaurant across the street, it’s delicious!

This was our favorite hotel . The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed the small wooden elements of Japanese design. The onsen bath was relaxing and you get free ice cream. The late night free ramen was also delicious and appreciated. Everyone in my group agreed that we liked this hotel the best.

Loved my stay at Dormy Inn! All staff were very kind, helpful and made sure I was comfortable. The onsen onsite was my favorite spot. I will definitely be back next time I comeback to Tokyo.

The room is small by American standards but is normal by Japanese standards. So many thoughtful amenities. I liked the different size pajamas, the free drinks on the second floor, the nice onsen and snacks afterwards. Conveniently located to public transportation. Next door to Family Mart. Staff were friendly and spoke English.
