여기 직원분들은 친절하나 사장님은 차려만 놓고 관리엔 관심없어 보임. 직원분들 있는 날에는 그래도 관리가 되는데, 직원분들 없이 사장만 있는 날에는 전화통화만 하고 아무것도 안 함.

손님 응대 제로. 다낭 3성급 호텔보다도 응대가 엑스인 직원분 있음. 손님이 오거나 말거나 가거나 말거나 인사 한 번 않하고 개인적인 통화만 하는 직원있음. 택배 신청하고 얘기까지 해놨는데, 현관에 그냥 내팽겨쳐도고 있음. 택배 도착은 오전에 했고 오후 4시까지 현관에 그냥 내팽겨쳐두고 있음. 호텔 직원이 단 한 번이라도 나와서 봤더라면?? 객실 청소 안되어있어서 물어보니 오늘은 객실 정리하는 직원들이 휴일이라함. 뭐 얘기하면 이핑계 저핑계만 대는 직원있음. 사과는 않하다가 팩트를 까고 얘기하니 그때서야 그부분은 죄송하다 사과함. 그러더니 해당 택배사가 어디냐고만 물어보고 사과는 뒷전임. 그직원은 서비스마인드나 응대부분이 다낭 3성급보다 못함. 교육 때문에 혹시라도 여기 생각하는 분들 있으면 차라리 송도쪽으로 가시는 거 추천. 평점 0점 주고 싶은데 리뷰에 0점은 없음. 조식은 잘 나와서 그나마 3점 줌.

Hotel was very nice, staff was great! Breakfast was nice also!
The location is very far from the city center and there aren’t any restaurants or convenience stores near the hotel . It’s kinda in the middle of nowhere! The trains don’t even go there. You have to take a bus or uber. Uber is about $16 USD into the city. Also no pool or gym.

Per sota de la mitjana Despite its advertisements, this hotel was previously a love hotel, making it unsuitable for tourists. The atmosphere is dark, unpleasantly scented, and inconvenient in terms of location or amenities. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel does not serve breakfast and did not have onsite laundry as described. Overall the room was decent. The hotel is also located in a mostly industrial place so there were no restaurants or activities close by. We had a hard time getting taxis to take us back to the hotel and on occasion come get us.
