Great spot loved having laundry. Check in was easy however everything is done through email/ Expedia app there is no onsite help. You need to be able to read or translate the email for access codes. It was not difficult just be mindful of that. Storage room for luggage was helpful but crowded so we played a little Tetris and made it work. For some reason on check out we were not able to get in the luggage storage even though the code was the same and our check out email said we had access. We didn’t bother reaching out we just went to train station early. Loved our time in Busan and the room was so great we booked another Urban stay in Seoul

the entrance is right at the seomyeon shopping center exit #2. very convenient in case it is raining. great location right at 2 subways. "the street of youth" is a must see in the area. very well organized, quick responses if you have any questions regarding the property. quiet and clean place.

We loved the location. It’s easy to travel around Busan. The continent store downstairs is useful. They also have a room to leave your luggage in case you get there early. Check in was tricky since it was all online.

There are no humans here to help you if you have an issue. You have to interact with a chat bot that is useless. The check in process took so long and was so confusing. Only two pillows provided for two people. I have a bad back and need another one to put behind my back and the chatbot refused to lend me one. The bed was rock hard. I did not sleep here and woke up constantly throughout the night. There was hair on the bathroom walls and overall it seemed to have a dirty/hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The curtains were messed up and refused to come down all the way. The curtains were not blackout. The elevators were so slow and serviced so many floors you would need to wait at least 5 plus minutes for one. At checkout time it took us 15 minutes to get an elevator. We were lucky and were on a higher floor. Folks on lower floors prolly had a 30 minute wait. Location was nice though. Close to food and cafes and malls.

The room was a little cramped but honestly just right for two people and a short stay. Cooking was convenient, and there was a convenience store on the first level of the property which made up for the lack of breakfast. Easy and fun exploring in the area!

Not what we expected. There was no reception desk and no housekeeping service. The room was tiny. Everything was in Korean. We had trouble figuring out even simple things, like turning on the lights. On the plus side, room had a washer and a stove. The location was not close to most of the tourist attractions in Busan but was right across the street from the Bujeon Market and near a warren of small streets full of interesting small restaurants.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Extremely difficult to get in touch with a real person about changing rooms due to view of/noise from construction and non working AC. AC in new room made a weird creaky noise all day and night. Uncomfortable bed encased in plastic with itchy, synthetic sheets. No bedside lamp. Cramped and bad design overall. No one should have to perform extreme feats of feng shui just to achieve minimal comfort in a hotel room. Honestly no idea where all the good reviews come from unless they’re all written by teenagers or early 20-something’s who have never stayed in a real hotel before. I should get a refund for how awful this was.
