Difficulty Reaching the Front Desk Dear Hotel Management, We stayed at your hotel for one night last week, and unfortunately my husband accidentally left his suit jacket behind. Since then, I have called the hotel many times—at least four or five times, and by now probably close to ten times. Each time, I am transferred to the front desk and placed on hold, but after waiting for a while, the call is suddenly disconnected. This has happened repeatedly. I honestly don't understand how it can be so difficult to reach the front desk of a hotel. It has been impossible to speak with anyone, even after so many attempts. I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed and improved, as it is very frustrating for guests who need assistance. I would also appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding my husband's suit jacket. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,

Right across from a mall so thats super convenient! Plenty of parking. Only minor issue is the AC was still set to heat so we had to sleep woth the balcony open
