Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco - All Inclusive

I recently stayed at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco, and overall I had a great experience. One of the biggest highlights is that it’s located right on a swimmable beach, which is hard to find in Cabo. The beach cabanas are included, which was a nice bonus. The food was good, and I loved that room service is available 24/7. The pools were clean and enjoyable, and the staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent, it’s within walking distance of Walmart and the marina. If I came back, I honestly wouldn’t pack full-size toiletries. I’d just buy shampoo, sunscreen, or anything else I needed at Walmart since it’s so close. The rooms were nice and stayed cool, but the beds weren’t the most comfortable. I also wish the gym was better. It’s very small, gets hot, and there was only one treadmill, which wasn’t working during our stay. Another perk is that you have access to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts. Pueblo Bonito Rose is connected right next door, so if you’re deciding between Blanco and Rose, it honestly doesn’t make much difference since you can use many of the same amenities. There’s also another sister resort about 15 minutes away, although we didn’t have time to visit it. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again because of the beach, location, friendly staff, food, and included amenities. Just don’t expect a great gym or super comfortable beds.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage daughters) had a great time. It was quite warm when we were there so we spent much of our time in the pool which was fantastic. The two bathrooms in our room was a game changer. We were on the all inclusive plan so we made sure to enjoy all the restaurants and the food was great at all of them. Service was very friendly. One thing to be aware of is that they are going to invite you for a timeshare presentation at the other resort. We almost went, but are glad we didn't after we heard other guests talking about the hard sell. We tend to like to travel to different places so I'm not sure we will come back to Cabo, but if we do, we will likely stay here again.

Pool and beach access were perfect.

Decent price for all inclusive, but this resort has gone down hill since we stayed here 10 years ago. Rooms need to be updated. During check in, the front desk staff stopped checking me and proceeded to check out two other people during my check in… while helping me… just walked away… so odd and not great customer service. Room service took up to an hour and 20 minutes. The room is NOT stocked with water or drinks. You can order water and drinks from room service, but you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes, and then you are limited to 2 waters and 2 beers per person. So, not very efficient getting drinks in your room. The wait at the pool bar was often 5 or more in front of you. I eventually found a great pool waiter, found a lounge chair (good luck with that also) and tipped the server immediately to ensure great service! Pool lounge chairs were reserved as early as 8 am, so if you got down there at 10, forget getting a chair. I asked staff to help find a chair or could they set one up somewhere else, and they just shrugged it off. This hotel needs so much work on customer service. Their staff does not seem happy at all… there are so many other things wrong with this hotel. We will not stay here again, sadly. The location is on beautiful Medano Beach, but the terrible service and annoying policies won’t make it worth it. Bummer! We wanted to like it.

This was like a frat party hotel, no king bed offering, ocean view was hard to see, ant bed in floor of room, very dated. No restaurants on site, you are expected to go to their other properties for meals.

We went here for our daughter’s senior year graduation trip. We went with a lot of other families. The property is in a great location right on the water and the property itself is nice. I didn’t see anything that was super glaring. The rooms were old at least on the Blanco side. I got to the hotel and immediately took a shower after our flight and had gotten a bit of water in the bathroom so I took my towel and wiped it up and there was a considerable amount of black on my towel from wiping up just the bathroom area so I decided to pour a little water on the floor in the hallway and it was just as dirty. The other issue is that the bedrooms don’t really have a closet. There is a closet in the bedroom, but it is blocked by the bed so it makes it incredibly difficult to use. Outside of That, the staff were very great. The concierge was amazing and the front desk staff were great. We had an issue with the reservation and they were very quick to clear it up. My daughter’s phone was also taken from near the pool and they really tried to help us find it Would I go here again? Maybe. But there are a few nicer looking room hotels just a little down with just as great location. I’d be a little more comfortable if the rooms were a little cleaner to stay there again.

Nice access to a swimmable beach and downtown. Palomas restaurant and cilantros restaurant are great. Would not go to Fellini (it’s an extra amount anyway).
