The hotel is conveniently connected to the shopping area and train station. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

There are so many good things to say about the Grandvia. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The amenities with the breakfast, tea, and cocktails were great. Everyday, our room was cleaned and spotless. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Fantàstic

Words can't express how truly amazing this hotel is!. After our departure, we were on train headed to osaka when we realized the 12 year old had left 24,000 yen in the room, roughly $160 usd. We called when we got to next hotel. They said NO PROBLEM they had found it and forwarded it along with a forgotten pajama to our last hotel in Tokyo. This would never happen in the US. Besides this, I was a lovely hotel.
