객실이나 주변 환경은 나쁘지 않았으나 객실에 담배냄새가 너무 올라와서 잠을 자기가 너무 힘들었습니다 방에 재떨이가 있는건 너무 아닌것 같아요 ㅠㅠ

직원분은 친절하고 대응을 잘해주었습니다. 어매니티의 경우 머리카락이 있어 교체요청을 했었고 대응도 빨랐습니다. 청소요청 후 물병이 뜯겨져 있는것을 확인해서 음료는 손대지 않았습니다.

ADEX2025 参加のために4泊利用 良い点 ・清潔 ・水とお湯がきちんと出る ・シャワートイレ ・十分な広さ ・駅に近い。徒歩2分程度。 ・駅ビル？がロッテ百貨店。 ・周囲に飲食店が多くある。 ・裏口から出て2件となりがコンビニ。 ・コストパフォーマンスが良い。 悪い点 ・排水が若干詰まっていた ・コンセントの位置と数が今一つ その他 ・飲み屋街的な場所にあるが夜がうるさいと言う事は特になかった。 ホテルとは直接関係ないが、薮内(Sunae)から仁川空港行きのバス停に券売機がない。 ネットで予約をする必要があるが、韓国在住者以外には非常に難解。 結局タクシーで空港まで行った。

The pictures showed a clean new hotel but the reality was that I developed an immediate medical allergic reaction once I stepped into my room. Also disappointed with service as did not get refund or any sort of compensation. I had to then book a different hotel for the same day.
