The room met expectations. Unfortunately the staff had limited knowledge of English & communication was awkward (except the guy on overnight-he was excellent). Given it is a major tourist area communication is a key requirement. Breakfast offered was abysmal. 1 microwaved offering with a small coffee was simply unsatisfactory.

Per sota de la mitjana The base/worst rooms are the “luxury premium rooms 20m2” so we booked a higher grade “junior premium 27m2. We had to wait for 90 minutes past check in until the room was ready at nearly 16:00. We were given a 20m2 room on a busy road with a broken door that could not close or lock. This place is all looks and not conducive to sleep. We were refused a cancellation/refund and had to book somewhere else. Shameful hotel.
