Our room had a lots of blackout curtains but no windows at all. It never says during booking that no windows. It’s awful and very disappointing. The room is so small. It’s not family friendly at all. Only the lication is good.

Property is close to everything.

Clean room, accessible to downtown Baguio and very close to Burnham Park and Session Road

PROS - strategic place, easy access, near to the market, shopping malls, the park, restaurants, banks. Almost walking distance to a lot of places of interest. Has security guard. Accepts early check in with additional P600. Has elevator and ramp for large suitcases and wheelchairs. Prompt service from housekeeping and maintenance. Reception area is nice. Has bidet. Hair dryer can be requested. Free bottled water daily. Water kettle and cups in room with free instant coffee. CONS - dark, old building, poor soundproofing, too many curtains but no windows, curtains don’t look like they have been changed for a long time, moldy washrooms. Found a cockroach on the wall. Water pressure very low. No slippers as advertised on Expedia.

Accessible . If you need to buy foods/ anything you need it’s all around the corner even the banks .

Nice and clean place.If I go back will surely keep this place in mind.

The staff is very nice but the hotel is 2!star hotel quality There is no closet to hang close the shower is very week and not too clean Bed is very hard I have no complaints about the service I received. Hotel manager was very nice
