The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was in a part of town away from the touristy places. But that’s my fault. I obviously didn’t do my research. The area that the hotel was in was a place where almost no one spoke English. Again, my fault - not the hotel’s fault. Besides that, the hotel was great and the air conditioning makes the room chilly, so that was great!

The hotel and staff service was excellent. The only reason I give it a four star instead of a five star was the comfort of the mattress. However we would stay again.

Lovely ocean view and the staffs are helpful and friendly . Haven’t have a chance to enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool , looking forward to stay at the hotel again very soon . 👍

Great hotel on the local side of Da Nang, plenty of smiling faces, easy for grab to find as well and beach literally across the street! This is my go to hotel when in Da Nang if I don’t want to be in busy tourist area!!

The room was always very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. The included breakfast was a wonderful addition to our experience. If we ever travel to Da Nang in the future we would love to stay at Avenis Hotel again.
