The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful although when we reached the previously booked room we found the AC wasn't working so they found a different room and they didn't have a key to open it so they found us another room , a deluxe suite so we thought oh wow this is great until we had to flush the toilet and needed maintenance to come . The plunger was short lived and toilet didn't flush again.
