Air was hard to control. Room was hot. Bartender told me to go to the restaurant for service. Made up for it by not charging. Overall was great.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of the city. The only thing I would caution is to carefully check the size of the room, as the pictures are misleading. We thought we booked a much larger room, but it was small. Not a bad room, great hot water, friendly staff, comfortable bed, but the room is much smaller than we expected.

Really cute hotel! Clean and comfortable bed! Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful but certain areas of the room definitely needed either cleaning or up keeping and or to be replaced. The shower would get cold on my partner occasionally and had barely any water pressure.. the WiFi is just okay and the AC could be stronger, especially for the summer. Definitely recommend being a steamer or iron in because they don’t have one. It’s a great price though for being right in the center of everything and right near the galleria and duomo. Overall had a nice experience!

Great location and super nice staff. Gym is important and at first glance I wasn’t impressed but actually was more than useable. There is a Virgin Gym 5 min away with a 25yatd lap pool and nice facilities for 49€/day. Tony the bartender is super nice as is all the staff. Good breakfast too!!
