Friendly helpful staff and beautiful rooms. Location was just a few blocks from Termini station which was used as a way for us to visit other cities. Also very close to several magnificent historic churches and other sights.

El hotel está alrededor de muchos buenos restaurantes y lugares para descubrir, el desayuno muy bueno y variable. Tuvimos una situación con la persona de front desk ya que el día de llegada, después de un viaje de muchísimas horas decidimos cancelar un tour que habíamos reservado para la noche, la persona del tour solo tenía la dirección del lugar de donde nos iba a buscar (en este caso el hotel), recibimos una llamada a la habitación de la persona del tour para insistir que lo hiciéramos. Quien le brindó nuestra información?, la persona que está en front desk esa noche. Eso fue una falta de respeto el haber brindado nuestra información a una persona que no conocíamos y sin nuestro consentimiento.

The rooftop restaurant was delicious! The times of the bistro opening was very confusing so we never made it there. Only to experience another area of Rome I would stay somewhere else

Good location near Termini. Friendly staff, large room with funky round bed. Air conditioning inadequate during heat wave. Breakfast also good. Would recommend for convenience to transport

The room was newly renovated and it was nicely done. The Hotel is closely located to Termini Train Station. The staff was very helpful. Also, I liked the new carpeting on the stairs to the first floor. The rooftop Restaurant was so nice.

We had a comfortable clean room with breakfast included. The hotel had a lot of nice restaurants close by and it was only a 5 minute walk to the main train station and metro.
